Great candidates will have: -- Proven experience creating serious web solutions using the latest technologies available (Advanced CSS, object oriented JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, aspx/.net platform, etc.). . -- A deep understanding of web technologies and the inner workings of various browsers. Sr. Software Engineer

5+ years experience in leading software development teams and building web-based, high volume websites. This experience must include the following: Experience with Teamsite and Livesite 2 years experience developing software solutions using at least three of the following technologies:

Demonstrated understanding of HR and HRIS processes in a global matrixed environment. Strong prior experience in requirements gathering, developing, and maintaining complex reports. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and multi-tasking skills in a very exciting, dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Minimum of three years of directly related experience as a HRIS Analyst, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated ability to work well with all levels within the organization. Advanced skill level in MS Office Excel and Access. Strong experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools required.
